Notes:

·         Sub Area 1:       Lake Anne Plaza parking, ASBO building and convenience store

·         Sub Area 2:       Area west of Plaza including Lake Anne Office Building, playground and vacant area

·         Sub Area 3:       Good Shepard Lutheran Church and adjacent area north to south edge of parking lot

·         Sub Area 4:       Cameron Crescent

·         Sub Area 5:       Fellowship House 

           

·         In Sub Area 2, the 175,000 sq ft office building presumably replaces or includes the approximately 40,000 sq ft Lake Anne Office Building.

·         In Sub Area 5, the residential figures include or replace the existing 240 units in Fellowship House

·         The Economic Analysis and Charrette did not use the same Sub Areas as the Draft Comprehensive Plan

·         The numbers represent totals including or replacing existing structures.

·         Residential figures are stated in terms of “dwelling units” (DU’s)

·         The “GR Conceptual Model” figures are based on rough estimates of the physical model done by Guy Rando.  This model can be revised to lower the density and was only meant as a concept.
