The Annual Meeting of the Washington Plaza Cluster Association will be held on Wednesday, February 14th in the Community Center at Lake Anne at 7:00 PM. There will be refreshments and social time from 7:00 to 7:30. All members are urged to attend. The agenda for the meeting is given below.
