The Senior Patrol Leader, or SPL is the top junior leader in the troop. He heads the patrol leaders' council and, in consultation with the Scoutmaster, appoints other junior leaders and assigns specific responsibilities as needed. 

 

 

Troop Calendar

Our calendar is updated frequently, as many as 12 times per year.  We send electronic copies to those who have an email address on record with the Troop.  The most current calendar is also posted on the bulletin board in the church.  The best way to keep up what's going on in 396 is to read it.
