ADMINISTRATION

Annapolis-Boy Scouts of America, Troop 396, Committee Page.  Boy Scout finances, parent responsibilities, and want ads.

The Troop Committee, amongst other things, oversees the Troop, establishes policies, handles administration, sets budget, and supports programs.  It takes a lot of adults to run a Troop as active as ours properly.  For every visible volunteer there are probably two or more in the background.  Committee members include such roles as treasurer, advancement chairman, fundraiser, and numerous at-large members.

Finances

Our Troop financial policies are a little different than most.  The money each boy earns is dedicated for his exclusive use.

Board of Review

Want Ads (Adult Job Descriptions)

It takes a lot of adults to run a Troop.  Here are a few of the things they do.
