Stacy D’Lacy’s New Home

For a while, this site will be pretty boring.  I plan to add some of my writing, and perhaps some music.  Basically, whatever I feel like.  Best of all, I will throw in a few links to other places that I like, or the sites of friends.

I hope that you enjoy the site.  Feedback is always welcome.

Disclaimer:  The content of most of these stories involves female same sex relationships.  Some blatant, some not so blatant.  Each story has a rating, which corresponds to the Rating Scale for the Motion Picture Association of America.  If this type of thing is not for you, you may wish to visit some other site.

My Stories

            A Technical Affair (R)

I wrote this in response to a conversation with a friend.  Hi Taylor!  It is a bit corny, but I got in a mood and wanted to write. All of the words in Italics are actual terminology from computers, electrical engineering and mathematics. The words will either sound somewhat like what I am going for, or actually mean what I am trying to say. Or at least have a double meaning.  I hope that you enjoy the story.

Daily Travels (G)

This story, I wrote as part of group research project for a course that I took while working on my Master’s Degree.  It is about what life might be like in the year 2020.

            Genesis (PG)

This story is Eve’s account of the events in the Garden of Eden and after.

            Grampa’s Legacy (NR)

I wrote this when my grandfather died.  I read it as his elegy.  Very sad.

Is it Any Wonder? (G)

This has nothing to do with fiction, and everything to do with politics.  This is a political essay, based on interracial and gay marriages.  Do not read it if that bothers or bores you.  Please be kind... this is my first political essay of any kind.  I wrote it because I got an email one morning about ballot initiatives.

Mi Diry  (G)

This is a little something that I wrote in High School for a History class.  I thought it was cute when I rediscovered it, so I figured, “why not add it here?”  So, here it is.

            Nameless (PG-13)

Another project that I began in High School, this was to eventually become a book.  Over the next few weeks, I will be editing and posting what I ad originally written.  Eventually, I hope to add to it in an attempt to finish it.  Who knows, you may one day see it in the teen romance section of your local bookstore.  At this time, it has no name.  Feel free to send comments and name ideas.  It will be a little contest of sorts.  There is no ending date.  When I get a good name, I will choose it.

            September 11, 2001 (G)

My reaction to the events of the Terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.  Such a horrific day.  I needed to remember.  I needed to share my thoughts.

            The Voice (PG)

Something new.  Not entirely based upon real life, but that is where it began.  I had to force the muse to get this started, but once I did, it nearly wrote itself.  This one is for Bev.  I love you, mio cuore.

            Vacation (NC-17)

I’ve finally done it.  I was challenged by Bev to write her something erotic.  I have never written erotica in my life, unless you want to get “technical” *g* and count Tech Affair.  It is not as funny as most of my fiction, so don’t expect to laugh a lot, but if I do say so myself, it deserves the NC-17 rating that I have put on it.

Stories from Others

Mio Cuore (PG)

This story is from Bev.  I asked her to write something for me, and was pleasantly surprised to receive this.  I hope you like it as much as I do.
