If you like frogs, I have good news and bad news.  The good news is it seems you can't go 20 feet in the rainforest without encountering a frog or toad of some type (particularly at night).  The bad news is that every creature in the rainforest that is not a frog likes to eat frogs.  If that isn't bad enough, some frogs eat frogs too.

Almost 50 species of frog were found on the Margarita Tours Amazon trip.  I'm still trying to identify many of these, and others, so many of these below still don't have an ID.  I'm using Dick and Patty Bartlett's latest book to help me ID some of these guys - I highly recommend it for anyone interested in a pretty comprehensive identification guide to herps in the Amazon:
