Lovingly restored 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath older home, "in town" on the Island, near the old firehouse and the harbor. Walk to restaurants, shops, library, town dock, boat ramp, grocery store, and historic area on Main Street. Across the street from Muller's Ice Cream and the Hot Stuff shop. Just a ten minute drive to Assateague Island and the ponies!
House features a deck, picnic table, outside shower, fenced back yard, charcoal grill, newer window air conditioners in all rooms, washer/dryer, cable TV, DVD/VHS player, Wi-Fi high speed Internet access, offstreet parking for four vehicles, ceiling fans, 4 adult bikes, 2 boys bike, boogie/skim boards, beach chairs.
House sleeps TEN MAXIMUM.
FAMILIES ONLY. NO GROUPS OF UNRELATED ADULTS.
Small pets are OK.
NO SMOKING inside or outside the house.
